You guys made many very good points but instead of responding to each I will do it all here.
Before I respond I would like to apologize if I upset anybody. When I first started selling I used the word "rare" a lot, but after some clarification from the board I changed that practice.
I very much care about my credibility and have pulled all auctions where the chips have seen play. I guess the problem lies in the understanding of the definition. I thought mint and uncirculated were two seperate things. Uncirculated meaning just that never going to a table and never being played. I thought mint was Chips that are nice condition but have obviously been on the tables. The ZZ for example stands on edge, is clean, and looks nice, that is why I listed it at Mint, instead of uncirculated.
I only pulled the auctions that did not meet the clubs standards of mint/uncirc. The rest of the chips I am selling for a friend are in the exact same condition as every chip I ever got at a Hard Rock release.
So according to the guidlines these chips could be relisted as slightly used and everyone would be fine with it. Then thats what I will do.
Any more advice would be appreciated. But please be nice.
