The seller (and potential bidders) should understand that the terms "Mint" and "Uncirculated" have the same meaning and are often interchangeable. Niether term should be applied to a chip that has evidence of the slightest amout of wear on it.
It's always surprising to me that some ebay sellers seem to not care about their own credibility when listing items for sale on ebay for the sake of extracting another possible bid.
