To everyone that responded to my post....

The chip came in today and YES the postmark was the correct day when Rolando stated when he was going to ship out the chip. Thank you to everyone who said to wait it out....but 10 days via 1st Class USPS was too long of a wait.

Like I said...all I needed to was vent.
