No. I did not end up with the chip. Talking to the winners of some of the other chips that were sold by him that night it all sounded like it was a scam. I did not want to send any money until I was certain it was legit - so I didn't send any money. But, the week's not up yet. I emailed the hotmail address that was sent to me and the return email just said "Do what you feel is right" without even an effort to show he was legit. I asked for any references of the famous names of people that sell that kind of stuff all the time - people we've all dealt with and he couldn't give me anyone as a reference. That's strange - we all are so friendly with each other when we buy and sell and know each other personally even if we haven't ever met.
Like you say - too bad because it was a nice chip. Did you see the one like it but in average condition the week before - it went for a lot less. I guess average and real is better than mint and scam.
