Quite a rundown of your experience, Chuck. I was there a couple of years ago but never got any chips due to 2 reasons. First was that they were generic (and plastic) and I can't really remember the second--probably because I never got to play.

I know what you mean about the parking lot. I remember the entrance being two double doors with no sign. Never really knew if I was at the right place or not. Oh yes, now I remember. They didn't start the poker game until the Bingo was over and I didn't want to wait-- To much in a hurry to get to Ft McDowell. No guards at that time and the parking lot was not paved.

I go to Phoenix once a year during the Dec or Jan and will be sure to revisit this place.
