I used to think that way too with the multiple Hard Rock designs submitted each year; but just my two chips worth ... I think that a chip design, is a chip design, is a chip design. It makes no difference which casino issued it or how many ... much like the winning artwork selected for the annual club No Cash Value chip could be selected from multiple entries by the same artist. The one that is best will come out on top.
