It's just that when someone says that something will be in the mail and take 9+ days via 1st Class Mail, I tend to blow alittle steam about the matter.
All he had to do was reply back at one of my emails and let me know.

I apologize to anyone that I may have offened. I realize that he has 100% feedback there and it seems that there are several members here that have had no problems, maybe the heat has gotten to me
