Rolando Espinosa is one of the nicest sellers I've dealt with on I had an auction from him arrive late and I asked him about it. He said the mail there is sometimes slow. when it arrived a few days later, I looked at the postmark it was the day he said he mailed it. Other auctions arrived on time. The USPS does get overloaded and slows down. Give Rolando the benefit of the doubt on this one.
