I've won 2 auctions from him in the last month and got the items in a weeks time. He has a 100% feedback. I'd email him first.
I've got one guy who keeps asking for a feedback but I have yet to get the chips from him and this was aug 3rd won....lol,if he keeps it up, he'll get a feedback alright.
