Just a thought .....

Everyone should have their computer equipment plugged into a UPS (Battery Backup) with proper surge protection.

Most of these provide for network, phone lines, etc to be plugged into the device and provide exceptional protection for your equipment. During the holidays, you can find these on sale for almost nothing...

Mine provide a warranty to replace any equipment damaged ....
