I've found that an insert error only once, while looking through a collection a dealer purchased (and didn't know it was in there) - I've also found an injection error (Riviera $25 Black Hawk) were one of the "Rim" design elements (a square) was not there - it should have been 4 squares...

I agree with Archie, LOTS OF GOOD STUFF out there - some just waiting to be discovered!!!
Thus, I'm still looking for both types of errors (and others...)
