I just got a dozen of these interesting, unusual chips.
They have an unusual mold that I have only seen once before -- on the plain blue chip, below. That is the only plain one of these that I have-- I got it many years ago. The blue one has a flat slick-surface center, I guess for an inlay (or hot-stamp?). The outer rim (beyong the slick circle in the center) is granular on the surface (I trust you can see it in the scan). And there is a ridge right at the edge of rim (like a very low fence). Not at all like the USPC inlays. Not in the USPC book. I don't intend to add it to my mold list because hardly any chips will come up like it, and I don't know anything about the history of the mold.
