I understand some cruise lines franchise the
casinos.
I would suggest there might be a difference in the
operation of casinos on CRUISE LINES (such as
Royal Caribbean, Princess, Holland-American, etc) and the "off-shore" gambling boats being used in
states where there are no full-fledged casinos.
Incidentally, I hit Royal Flushes three times
on Holland-American (with no wild cards & betting five quarters) & they all paid 4,000. ($1,000.)
---and I only play video poker when I don't "feel
right" at the crap table.
