Found this on an AOL mb (so sue me!)

I just returned from a cruise to Alaska. Each night I spent about 1 hour in the casino. Each blackjack table had a small circle for an optional side bet. The bet was as follows: if you place a chip(s) in the circle and you get a blackjack, you get a chance to win additional money by spinning a wheel which has 12 different numbers. The 12 numbers on the wheel (not in this order) were 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 40, 60, 100, 200, and 500. So if you have a side bet of $1 you spin the wheel on a BJ. In other words, if the wheel lands on 20 you get $20. 100 gets $100. At the end of the 5th day I observed many wheel spins and noticed every spin landed on the lowest 6 numbers. Not one time did it ever land on a 40, 60, 100, 200, or 500. I requested to speak to the head of the casino. I told him the wheel is not fair. He compared the wheel to a slot machine where big winnings do not come out regularly. I told him the wheel is not a slot machine. We know jackpot winnings on a slot machine is rare. That's accepted. But, when you spin a wheel you expect it to be fair. In other words, a 500 has the same chance of appearing as an 8. He told me he will speak to the head of all casinos on these ships and get back to me. I'm waiting. Am I right to object to this wheel? So, what's your opinion on this wheel? Max
