The burning flesh of those Blacks, Whites, Hispanics, Asians, Jews, Muslims, Christians and Zealots all smelled the same according to my Son who witnessed the "jumpers" from the WTC towers from realtive safety of his Wall Stree office window. Their only "crime" was going to work that fateful morning when 3000 perished.

Uncle Sap has turned the other cheek for far too long. I hope that the American public has the courage to "Stay The Course" as our President has indicated he will.

For the record, I was a life-long Democrat before 9/11. I support our current President's war on terrorism policy. I don't relish witnessing the tremendous sacrifice that many American families have made by sending their sons, daughters, husbands and wives off to battle on our behalf... but the line has to be drawn somewhere.

I'm happy that we're not the world's whipping boy any longer and that we as a Nation have responded in kind to these vicious attacks on our country. Maybe other societies hell-bent on causing all this insane destruction will take notice in the future.
