I'm not sure why I didn't post these earlier... I also am interested in seeing if Greg's Scan...

I checked my Harrah's Tunica chips ($1 & $5) and they showed 14 lines of "Harrah's Casino" with what I call a UV Medium sized H&C.
The chip I have was also hard to read (like your's), and the image I took of it had an exposure time of 1 sec at f5.6...

I also checked the Harrah's Joliet, and they have the same UV markings - although the registration is different, thus making the UV H&V easier to see - not to mention that the UV printing was also easier - thus the image exposure time was 0.25 sec at f4.5 and mixed with normal light...
