Yup, common thought - except the rumor that I tried to stop the 'runaway Catamaran' with my head (although it is a rather large size...) has been greatly exaggerated!!!

It has to do with a BIG wave tossing the Catamaran up, not watching for it while attempting to take a picture, and a deck port plate "jumping" up and impacting my lower back, while the railing was partying with my left elbow (Can you say a briuse the size of a softball?!?), and the deck byting my right elbow... The CAT Scan showed that there wasn't any broken bones - yet since the numbness has subsequently appeared, they are re-reading it (although not the best thing to read, MRI's are better) for a disc issue... (A 'Hard Disk' crash?!? - Ya I know, bad pun...)
Man I never knew that Catamaran's were so hungry!!!

Did I mention that pain meds really don't work that well with me - as proven before by the five knee surgeries I've had in the past... The Doctor in the Emergency Room was amazed at the number of different meds she had to "try" before something "eased" (ya eased it little bit) the pain... Good thing I have a HIGH tolerance for pain... (And bad at the same time...)

I was able to hold onto the camera, yet lost the teleconverter lens that was attached to it... Now some Sea Creature is "SEEING" things really BIG now...

I've also lost over 13 pounds so far - yet wouldn’t suggest this as a weight reduction program!!! The DOWN side is too great (A.K.A. Last Resort is Back Surgery...)
