This is a Bill Borland chip. Whistle Stop Plaza was a small strip mall collection of shops owned by Bob Matthews. One store in the group was Matthews Pharmacy and coin shop, which was, of course, Bob's shop. He ordered the chips from Bill Borland to use as advertising. Bob did coin shows and chip shows under the name of Matthews Money Tree. He has passed away and Matthews Money Tree is no more.
I have no idea how many he had made, but the date would be around 1985.
