First and foremost, such a decission requires the support and endorsement of the BOD (i.e., the Club's Officers). The only way to take it out of the Officer's hands is to have the suggestion become a balloting measure, up for vote by the membership at our next election in 2007.

Although I have a personal chip, and I very much seek out other personal chips, it remains that personal chips are somewhat outside the basic tenants of the Club's OTY Awards structure, i.e., awards are being given for items issued by a casino.
