That's a pretty fine distinction, Gene. So how do we tell by inspection... is the wording "No Cash Value" on the chip sufficient to tell gaming has approved it? Or must you check Gaming records to tell?

Are roulettes approved by Gaming now? Are roulettes "No Cash Value" chips... or "No Value" chips? Or something else entirely? How about non denominated poker chips... NCV or NV?

I thought I understood the terminology. Now just confused.
