Chuck, 60 chips is not a small quanity. You can probably thank me for the limits set by Harrah's. A few years ago they had a chip I think it was a march madness chip but not sure, it was issued in a 250 chip quanity and one of our dealer/club members purchased over 225 of them. many club member would not purchase from him, some would at inflated prices just to keep there Harrah's stuff current. I went balistic with Harrah's, as I am a good customer (loose lots of $$$ there), and I could not get a chip as they were sold out. They then put a five chip limit on selling their chips for the first 30 days of issue.
