This a 1950's chip that comes from the Burt Company. I surmise that this chip, along with a second one in my collection, was held back from delivery by Burt in case of a future reorder.

The chip is, obviously, unused. To the best of my knowledge, besides the one in my collection, this is the only known example.

I'd love to know if anyone else has this chip in their collection.
