IMO also they are counterfeits. Its possible they were made with the knowledge of the former owner of the Mizpah but not for his benefit.

Anyone wanting a set should contact Al. He should have as many as are needed. He supplied me 2 sets at $25 a set. IMO he is fully aware of the history of the chips, was involved at the time they were made, and at that time had half (150 sets) of the chips manufactured.
