I throughly enjoyed meeting each and every one of the people I met for the first time at this years convention. For the first time in more than 50 trips I did almost no gampling during the first 4 days of my stay. This was due in a large part to Mr Cashman and the host of other chippers that were always dropping by the Splash bar.

For 4 days I tried to walk to the poker room, but never got past the bar where there was always someone there insisting to buy me a drink or bring me a cigar. Special thanks are due to both Brian Cashman and Kenny Francis who both brought me some great cigars.

On Friday I had no intention of drinking, but on the instance of Chuck Smorse, I had my first drink at 7:00 PM. I talked, smoked and drank with over 100 chippers that night and finally gave up at 6:00 the next morning as fortunately they ran out of Glenlevit.

I met so many people at the convention for the first time it would take me a week to list them all. It was a pleasure meeting everyone and seeing old friends. Till next year, take care, happy chipping, and see you in Vegas !!!!!!!
