Billy May from IGS was in attendence.

I saw him come in and recognized his name (if he had not used his full name I would have never known).

I pointed him out to several people, including Wayne Thompson. Wayne introduced himself to Billy May (who seemed surprised that anyone knew who he was). Billy said he was on vacation.

I do not know if there was further contact between the Board and Billy.
