If we feel we have the right to ban anyone we feel is bad for the hobby, why could we not ban that guy (Bill somebody) who wanted to buy chips and then slab them? We already don't allow slabbed chips in the convention, why don't we also ban the slabbers?

Why was Whalen singled out? Was it because we don't know any other players? It seems to me Whalen has been very outspoken about his involvement. Are we saying it pays to not cooperate with these investigations?
