Why could we not keep that slabber out of the convention in the same way? Who is in charge of drawing the line of who is invited and who is not invited.

Maybe I have this wrong, but isn't Whalen creating these chips and others are selling them. Are we holding him responsible for this mess? Kind of like holding the gun makers responsible of killing people instead of the people using the guns. I suppose without one you don't have the other. But who is to blame?
