I thought it was very curious that Dave Whalen was sitting outside the bourse floor room. I was told that he was denigned access to the show floor. I thought the floor was open to the public? I can see a private organzition denigning membership, but we can't prevent someone from entering from the public, can we? If so, how did the slabber get in on the final day? He too should have been banned!

Was anyone else on the persona non gratis list? Perhaps some of Whalen's customers?

I don't own any of Whalen's chips, nor do I collect the type of chips he "fixes". I just thought it strange the way he was treated.
