Recently closed my PP account. Someone got
access to my account & gave themselves Gift
Certificates. Took me nearly a month to close
the account & then I had to fight to get a small
($50+) balance returned (after they cleared up
the fraudulent transactions.) Also had to cancel
credit cards, etc.
