I didn't say the Rat IS billy...I said the rat COULD BE billy... and unless you are the rat or billy (or know the rat or billy), I don't know how you can be positive that the rat isn't billy.

I'm familiar with the past posts of the rat, I didn't see the post today...my point is that anyone who wants to stir up trouble, including billy, can type "the rat" in the name spot of the post...
