Some hotels give coupon books with free spa access - Luxor is one of them. Of course, all charges to your room can be comped, if they feel your play warrants it... This is why I always charge EVERYTHING to my room, instead of paying right away with cash or a credit card - you might get it all for free if you hit a hot table or machine! In my (limited) experience, I usually find that even moderate play will get them to comp a buffet & spa visit...
