Vic doesn't actually read any responses to his posts, nor does he understand why what he's done to club members and readers of this message board is wrong. He's got a moderate-sized collection of chips and some sort of "cognitive dissonance" which prevents him from considering the consequences of his actions.

If anyone does answer his posts with trade offers, I'd place even money on the proposition that there'll be something wrong with the deal.
