I really do not have any solid facts or evidence indicating the problem here, since the original posts were quickly removed due to their extremely questionable content, but enough people have complained to the point where this remains an unresolved problem.

This is a warning that readers of the Chip Board should take caution when opening posts made by Vic Galante, as he had posted an extremely offensive pornographic image not suitable for viewing by children, grandchildren, or employers. Vic has not responded to any criticism or reprimands about this offense. As such, his entire approach seems to be to increase the size of his chip collection without regard to any civilized system of ethics in dealing with other people.

Please see my companion warning notice, titled "SCAMMER ALERT: Vic Galante" for further details. Vic generally does not read follow-up posts, and is mainly trolling for newer collectors who have not yet been stung by his trade and sale scams.

Any actual failed trades, sales scams, or "mystery missing" chips can be dealt with by sending the relevant details to Postal Inspector, c/o Postmaster, Navarre, FL 32566, who can then inform Vic of the penalties involved in mail fraud.
