For years one of the favorite spots for casino employees has been Diamond Chinese on the NW corner of Spring Mountain and Industrial. It's connected to Sonny's Saloon.

I've eaten there a few times and it is good, but I don't know that it's great. One of the things that made it so popular was it's late hours so most people who went after work has a few drinks in them by the time the food got there.

Another bonus, though, is the wall of old vegas photos.
