Paypal fees. With the upcoming change in AUGUST I will be upgrading my paypal in order to sell some stuff for someone else and I need the flexablity with all buyers. It has been a pain to try and tell them I take paypal but cash funds only and with e-bay monitoring that description kinda hard to get some good buyers. This is not all about chips, but other items I need to sell. I probably will be adding on paypal fees to small dollar amounts too.
