That is good advice, but don't hold your breath waiting for Vic to make good. I offered to settle my claim with Vic for $2.50 per chip for 6 chips. That is $15 total and he already paid me $6. So he only owed me $9 more. He did not make good when he had the chance and could have stayed a member of the Deep South Chapter. But $9 was more important to him than his membership or ethical behavior. He even said: "Why would I buy my own crappy chips back for more than $1 each?" So, I see little chance that he will ever change his ways.

I think the only thing that will get his attention is if everyone just stopped trading with him. Period.
