No replies to emails!

No correcting numerous problems with their web site.

No explanations as to why things break or if they will ever work again!

I like Jackpot a lot, I list a lot of stuff on them rather than that "other" acution site we all like to trash. But they need to invest a little bit more in customer service area or else BOTH the buyer and the sellers or going to go else where if they have not already!!!
