I'm afraid it doesn't unlock the door to an exclusive lounge, Mark. It is a regular guest-room key, but marked specially because it's issued in the VIP lounge across from Terrazza. Anyone who gets the mailed invites to Caesars Palace can checkin in the lounge. The gold card does have the benefit that it serves as a line pass for the coffee shop.
