I believe it is a browser problem. You had told me that you were using IE version 1.5 under Windows 98. I'm 95.528% sure it is because you are running such an old version of IE. The latest version of Internet Explorer is 6.0 so you are running a browser that is 5 major revisions old.

During the past couple of years that the Collection Library has been up, I have only had one other person complain to me that they couldn't view the web sites. I traced it down to an old Browser version that they were using. Apparently I have some newer syntax in the web pages that the very old browsers don't like.

I don't think you'll be able to view the pages until you migrate to a newer IE version. Sorry....
