My roomate let me use his scanner today, so I thought I'd post a pic of a chip I need help with.

Can anybody help me with an ID for this chip? I used two chips so I could show both sides. I don't even know if I have the chips upright or not.

If anybody has an "actual" translation that would be cool too!
