I will be stopping at the following casino going to or returning from the club convention. If you would like me to pick up chips/tokens for you along the way, I will need the following from you BEFORE 24 July:

1. Your snail mail address. Do not assume that I have it, or that I can find it. If you do not provide a mailing address with your chip request, you will get NOTHING!

2. If your want more than $25 face value of stuff, I need payment in advance. If you want $50 or more in stuff, you pay insurance cost at post office rates.

3. Prices include shipping charges as follows:

$2.50 - $4.00
$5.00 - $7.50
$25.00 - $30.00

4. You can pay via money order, personal check, cash, or pay pal
