I was asked to research some Hard Rock chips that were put in lucyte/plastic (not slabbed), kind of like a paper weight. The employee said he got it from the retail store several years ago before they were mysteriously removed and sent back to the factory. Has any one heard of this?

I have collected Hard Rock stuff since I started working there in 99 and have never heard of this or seen it.

I did not even see it in the Hard Rock edition of the recent chip magazine. Any info about this would be helpful.
