I went thru my riverboat guide and the Chipguide two nights ago to try to figure out which MS chips I don't have. This, of course, is so that I know what to buy at the convention in TWO WEEKS! I ended up with 8 pages of photos of chips I need most of which are NCV chips. (So if you have some MS NCV's to sell or trade for now is the time!)

Anyway, when going thru the Chipguide I noticed all of the UV variations. I figured that I had them all but checked my duplicates just to make sure. Since I specialize in obsolete MS chips I have quite a few dups. What I found is shown in the scan. I sure didn't expect to find new variations of chips from casino that have been closed for over 10 years but apparently I have UV variations that are not listed. But I am not sure what makes a variation. I know that the printing on chips can move around a little but I found some chips with the UV H&C in completely different locations. The President Tunica chip is already shown with both variations and is just a mistake on my part.

The Lady Luck Tunica chip shows one where the background glows brightly and the other with no UV glow at all except where the H&C is located. (The Hats are in the same location)Is this a separate production run or what?? And the $5 Lady Luck Tunica shows the Hat in two different locations. This is definitely a variation in my mind.

The Splash chips are really interesting. The top chip is H&C UV1. I don't have the UV2 H&C version but have several of the chip in the lower right of the scan with the Hat on the left instead of the right. So is this a diferent variation? The lower left is the LCV with the same Hat location as my H&C version. This makes me wonder if there are other variations of the LCV version.

So which of these are new variations? If you need better shots for the chipguide let me know.
