I don't know of any in Chicago but I am sure they are there somewhere. I will ask a few people in the know to see if they know of any.

Chicago has the big advantage of being about a half hour away from quite a few Riverboats (whether they are in Illinois, or Indiana) so poker is pretty easy to find. I remember doing a project in downtown Chicago and having my choice of hoping on a bus in front of my hotel to Harrah's or Horseshoe - no charge. So if I wanted to play poker that evening... well it was easy.

New Yorkers, if they want to play poker would either have to go south to AC or north to Connecticut) and its a couple hour trip either way. It explains the private clubs that have popped up over the years in NY.
