Chris,
I have talked to both Mike (Mike use to be a poker dealer at Sam's Town) & Phil on a number of occasions. Away from the table & without the cameras on them they are a LOT better. Both can be hard to take though. We all know that Phil can play & has the track record to prove it.
For those that don't know, Mike is one hell of a player himself. If he makes the final table it would be his 2nd in the main event having come in 6th the year (2001) that Carlos Mortenson won. Mike also has two WSOP bracelets. The difference between the two, in my opinion, is that Phil's antics help him win. In Mike's case, I think it's the other way around & the way he acts at the table hurts him in the long run. When Phil loses a hand he blames the other guy for playing poorly & does not put any heat on himself. Mike on the other hand takes a loss as if the world were coming to an end. Andy - Las Vegas
