No - but if things are like they were at Bellagio during Steve's reign, they keep spaces open for last-minute hotel guests... SO, if you aren't staying there, you need to get reservations in early (especially for the top restaurants: Alex, Okada and Daniel Boulud Brasserie). Now, there is a restaurant named Tableau, that is only open for "Tower Suites" guests for breakfast & lunch - anybody can go for dinner.

If you are going to the buffet, and aren't a guest, I'd recommend asking the Red Card Club for a line pass, or a pit-boss where you are playing for one...
