Thanks guys, I know I'm not the only one that this has happened to. As for the mail fraud idea.... I hadn't thought of that. Since I've already turned it over to a collection agency I'll see what happens with them. However, if this happens again, or if they are unable to do anything I'll certainly see explore that option.
