Feebay has a tendency not to enforce any of thier rules unless they think they are loosing $$. Also ther buyer protection and insurance is a crock and not worth the $, if you do not file a claim in 30 days you are out of luck so a bad seller can keep emailing you saying it is on the way and you are screwed. I have been burned 3 times by bad sellers and only got action on 1 and that was from paypal (paypal however did not help in the 2 othe cases. Live and learn I guess.
