Does anyone know this EBAY seller??? q-2000
He wont respond to email and sold me a chip on ebay stating the chip was mint and when i got it was all scratched. Buyers BEWARE!!!

I've Known Him For a Long Time-Never a Problem
maybe he will let you mail it back for refund
I gave him weeks and weeks and 3 emails and no ans
SOUNDS like Neg time to me then!!
