Last week I mailed some chips with the wrong postage. I skipped the line and did the self-help; well while I was mailing a load of chips today I asked the clerk if I did it correctly. No. Just because the scale says 37 cents does not mean that is enough postage if you use a bubble mailer they have to handle them so the minimum is 49 cents. If you got a bubble mailer from me and had to pay postage let me know and I will make it right.
